We’ve made some changes

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Friday 25 March.

• 75% and 80% LTV Full C&I 2 and 5 year fixed rates with a £999 fee have been increased by up to 0.34%, available to new and existing customers.
• £1m+ 65% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.20%.
• 75% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.37%.
• 80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.35%.
• 85% and 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.33%.
• 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.31%.
• All Exclusive 90% LTV fixed rates with £1,999 fee available to existing customers have been withdrawn.
• BTL 60% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.
