We’ve reduced rates on selected Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Friday 27 September.

Core residential

• Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.31%, starting from 3.89%.

Exclusive PT products

• 65% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.15%, starting from 3.84%.

Exclusive remortgage and Purchase products

• Selected 2 and 5 year Exclusive Remortgage fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.13%, starting from 3.89%.
• Selected 2 and 5 year Exclusive Purchase fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.23%, starting from 4.19%.

Exclusive large loan products

• Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.36%.

Professional products

• Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.30%.

BTL products

• Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.40%
