We are pleased to announce the launch of our new 3 year fixed rate residential mortgages with immediate effect:

• 3 year fixed rate maximum 70% LTV with an initial rate of 3.19% (the overall cost for comparison is 4.3% APR)
• 3 year fixed rate maximum 75% LTV with an initial rate of 3.59% (the overall cost for comparison is 4.4% APR)
• 3 year fixed rate maximum 80% LTV with an initial rate of 4.29% (the overall cost for comparison is 4.6% APR)
• 3 year fixed rate maximum 85% LTV with an initial rate of 5.29% (the overall cost for comparison is 5.0% APR)

We have launched these competitive products directly as a result of feedback from you, our intermediary partners, which demonstrates our commitment to the intermediary mortgage distribution channel and provides you with another reason to recommend Clydesdale Bank to your customers.

Other important changes

Please note, we have also made the following changes to our range of intermediary mortgage products:

• The minimum loan amount has been reduced to £100,000
• The maximum loan to value for mortgages on an Interest Only payment basis is 75%
