New Clydesdale Bank £1m+ fixed rates

Clydesdale Bank have launched new £1m+ rates, starting from 1.79%.
We’ve also reduced rates across Clydesdale Bank’s residential product range.

Summary of changes:

• NEW 65% LTV £1m+ 2 and 5 year fixed rates with £1,999 fee, starting from 1.79%
• Selected 80% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.11%
• Selected 85% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.08%
• Professional and Newly Qualified Professional 85% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.05%

We’ve also made the following changes:

• 90% LTV Exclusive 2 and 5 year fixed rates with £1,999 fee have been withdrawn
• 90% LTV Professional 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.10%
• 90% LTV London and South East only 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.10%
