Residential ranges extended to 90% LTV
BTL ranges extended to 80% LTV
New - First Time Buyer 3 Year Fixed Rate at 2.49%
New - £1m+ range from 1.74%
New - Professional and NQ Professional ranges from 85% to 90% LTV from 1.89%
We are also offering a free valuation incentive across all our Purchase and Remortgage ranges up to a max property value of £3m
