We’ve increased and reduced selected Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made some reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 9 April.

Core Products (including Product Transfer)

• Residential 85%-95% 2 and 5 year core rates have been reduced by up to 0.64%.

Exclusives

• Residential 85% 2 year Remortgage Exclusive rate has been reduced by up to 0.10%.
• Residential 95% 2 and 5 year Purchase Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.06%.

Professional

• Residential 85%-90% 2 year Professional rates have been reduced by up to 0.20%.

We’ve also made the following rate increases.

Core Products (including Product Transfer)

• Residential 65%-75% 5 year core rates have been increased by up to 0.19%.

Exclusives

• Residential 75% 5 year Remortgage Exclusive rate has been increased by up to 0.10%.
• Residential 50%-75% 5 year Large Loan rates have been increased by up to 0.13%.

Professional

• Selected residential 2 and 5 year low LTV Professional rates have been increased by up to 0.15%.
