We’ve increased rates on selected Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Wednesday 23 October.

Core residential

• Selected 2 and 5 year 65-80% LTV fixed rates increased by up to 0.25%.

Exclusives

• Product Transfer 65% LTV 2 fixed rate increased by 0.20%.
• Selected Remortgage 2 and 5 year fixed rates increased by up to 0.10%.
• Selected Purchase 5 year 80-85% LTV fixed rates increased by up to 0.10%.
• Large Loan 2 and 5 year fixed rates increased by up to 0.25%

Professional products

• Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates increased by up to 0.20%.

Residential discount offset

• 2 year discount offset rates increased by 0.25%.

BTL products

• 5 year 60-75% LTV fixed rates increased by up to 0.10%.
