We’ve launched new Clydesdale Bank Exclusives and increased rates

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Thursday 23 January.

Large Loan Exclusives

• NEW 50% LTV £1-£3m 2 and 5 year Residential Purchase fixed rates have been launched starting from 4.56%.

Core Product Range

• Selected 2 and 5 year fee and fee offer residential rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.
• Our Offset Discount products have had their discount level updated, product rates start from 5.74%.

Exclusives

• 2 and 5 year Remo Exclusive rates have been increased by up to 0.20%.
• 90% LTV 5 year Purchase Exclusive has been increased by up to 0.18%.

Professional Range

• Selected 2 and 5 year rates have been increased by up to 0.25%.

BTL

• Selected 2 and 5 year fee and fee offer BTL rates have been increased by up to 0.30%.

We’ve also made the following changes:

Core Product Range

• Selected 90% and 95% LTV 2 and 5 year Residential Fee offer fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.30%.

Purchase Exclusives

• 90% and 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.08%.

Newly Qualified Professionals

• Selected 90% and 95% LTV 2 and 5 year rates have been reduced by up to 0.30%.
