We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Thursday 13 July.

Exclusives

• NEW Remortgage 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate launched at 6.03%.
• NEW Remortgage 65% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate launched at 5.38%.
• NEW Purchase 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate launched at 6.50%.
• NEW Purchase 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate launched at 5.85%.

Our new Purchase Exclusive deals are available for loan sizes between £300,000 and £600,000.

We’ve also made these changes:

New & Existing customer products

• Exclusive Remortgage 75% & 80% LTV fixed rates increased by 0.10%.
• 85-95% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.30%.
• 85-95% LTV 5 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.20%.
• BTL 2 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.30%.
• BTL 5 year fixed rates have been increased by 0.20%.
