We’ve made some changes

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Tuesday 17 May.

Core 75% - 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.23%.
£1m+ 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.21%.
Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.19%.
BTL 60% - 75% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.16%.
BTL 60% - 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.34%.
Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates which were only available to existing customers are now available to all customers.
