We’ve reduced rates on selected Clydesdale Bank products

We wanted to let you know that we made changes to the following products on Thursday 20 February.

Variable Rates

• As per our communication on Thursday 6 February, we’ve reduced our variable rates following the Monetary Policy Committee decision to reduce the Bank of England Base Rate.

Core Product Range (including Product Transfers)

• 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year residential rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%.

Exclusives

• 75% LTV 2 and 5 year residential Remo Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.05%.
• 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year residential Large Loan Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.10%.
• 65% residential Product Transfer Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.05%.

Discount Offset Range

• 80% LTV 2 Year Discount Offset rates have been reduced by 0.25% in line with our variable rate changes.
